PolyGit E100 - Amino Methacrylate Co-Polymer USP NF

PolyGit E100 is a Immediate Release coating material for Itraconazole Pellets and Tablets. PolyGit E-100 comes in form of white granules.  

PolyGit E100 is a copolymer, cationic in character, based on dimethyl aminoethyl methacrylate and neutral Methacrylic acid esters. 

PolyGit E100 becomes water-soluble by forming salts with acids; thus film coating produced from PolyGit E100 is soluble in gastric juice.

PolyGit E100 can perform much better than HPMC.
